When will my order ship?+
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the UK, with selected international shipping available at checkout.
How do returns work?+
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your account page or by emailing contact@understatedclothing.co.uk.
What's your sizing like?+
Apparel runs true to size with a relaxed, considered fit. Footwear fits true to size. Each product page includes sizing guidance, and you can also view our full Size Guide.
How do I care for my pieces?+
Cold wash inside out, line dry, low iron. Specific care instructions are stitched into each garment.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best. Once it's with the courier we can't change it, but returns are straightforward.
