Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
International
We currently ship within the UK, with selected international shipping available at checkout. Where applicable, rates are calculated at checkout and local duties and taxes may apply on delivery.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return from your account or email contact@understatedclothing.co.uk.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
